Your first 12 months

One available standard, non-premium domain and basic commercial hosting are included for 12 months from activation. We confirm the registration date, provider, usage limits and renewal dates in writing. Domain availability is not guaranteed.

Renewals and recurring costs

From year two, the client pays domain and hosting renewals directly or under a separately agreed arrangement. Actual costs depend on provider, domain extension, usage and taxes. We disclose current renewal prices before contracting. Optional services require a separate quote and approval. No unlimited service is included.

Exclusions and changes

Additional pages, premium domains, e-commerce, booking systems, custom applications, paid integrations, email mailboxes, copywriting beyond the agreed scope, ad campaigns, ongoing SEO, maintenance and post-launch changes are excluded unless quoted. Revisions and delivery timing are agreed in your proposal. The client provides or licenses business content and approves the final website.

Ownership and handoff

After final payment, the agreed website deliverables, domain and access are handed over to the client. Third-party software and assets retain their original licenses. Search rankings, revenue, lead volume and uninterrupted third-party services are not guaranteed.
